Machine Structure

The rubber strainer consists of end, body, screw, reducer, coupling, motor, hydraulic head, base, water/steam pipe, and control cabinet. The body features grooves between bush components for steam or cooling water circulation, with replaceable bush components. Material is fed through a square hopper and pressed through screens by screw rotation.

The gear ring utilizes quick-lock bayonet type with hydraulic opening for maintenance access. Regular screen replacement is essential to maintain output quality and performance.
